Andrea Rossi – Happy Easter Anniversary – Remembering the Petrol Dragon – Omar Scam

This is just one extremely small part of our next report within our Thermoelectric scam articles.
We are trying hard to get it posted soon (to clarify, this is not the same soon as the free energy scammers use).

It is called: “Andrea Rossi – His Italian Criminal History – A Report on the Petrol Dragon – Omar Scam”
We will publish about 150 newspaper articles, translated into English. We will include a never before published video of the Petrol Dragon-Omar farce, including a segment with Rossi explaining how he could make oil from garbage. We will cover the Italian laws. We will provide many Italian legislative and court documents. We will give both a short version of the Petrol Dragon scam and a long detailed version including all references.

We had to step back, and take a look at where Rossi was and what he was doing from 1995-2008.
This information is critical for the readers to be able to understand the next few chapters in the Thermoelectric scam article.

It was on Easter weekend of 1998 that about 250 cubic meters or about 250 metric tons of highly toxic and hazardous material was leaked by saboteurs into the Ticinello canal.

To set the stage, the ex refinery Omar had been taken from Andrea Rossi by the court and the Region had proclaimed an emergency in the area because of this and a few other sites. That allowed a fast track for the removal of all of the harmful material in the tanks. The ground remediation could come later. The tanks were only used by Rossi to store toxic and hazardous waste. From the time Rossi took over the site in 1989/1990 until 1996 when restoration began Rossi did not keep the site and the tanks in the proper condition for storing this type of hazardous material. In fact, Rossi did not have the permits to store this type of material anyway. The material inside was eating all of the tanks away and some were rusting on the outside, it was reported that some of the tanks were starting to leak.

We will not enter the controversy of who caused the drainage and why, in this article, or the full report when published. Some said it was Rossi (or his employee), some said it was Eni so they would make more money in the cleanup, some said it was Eni’s competitors trying to take over the cleanup, some said it was the crazy environmentalists, some said it was Rossi’s antagonists, etc. What we take as the most interesting aspect about this event is the end result. Because of the 250 ton material leak that resulted in the killing of the fish and the polluting of the canal, it was fishermen who discovered the pollution damage, it was then reported in the news about the discovery of an elaborate network of underground channels from all of the tanks that were connected together and that led not only to the Ticinello canal itself, but to other areas where this liquid material could be dumped underground.

It is possible that tanks containing lesser amounts of pollutants could have dumped their waste into the Ticinello canal slowly, so like highly diluted homeopathic solutions they would never be detected. The drainage system led to other underground areas. The speculations were many for all of the different ways Rossi could be dumping his waste material; we cover all of Rossi’s methods in the full report. It is very possible that without this 250 ton leak this hidden drainage system would never have seen the light of day. It is also possible that the person who opened the valves had no intention of doing any major damage, but was hoping just enough material would leak out to be detected in the Ticinello canal, so the channels and dumping areas from the tanks would be found.

Here is one newspaper article, among many, about this event, it is short, but it tells the story well.

At Lacchiarella the sumps of each tank had to convey poisons to Ticinello

Omar, un’altra fogna abusiva

Omar, another abusive sewer

The surprises of the former Omar at Lacchiarella,
like the Edwardian memory exams, never end.

After the discovery of the illegal drainage system that directly connected the reservoir containing toxic slurry to the Ticinello canal which was severely polluted by the poisons leaked from the tanks during the long weekend Easter holiday, yesterday a further investigation carried out by the ASL of Legnano who is responsible for the territory, made it possible to detect the presence, until now ignored, of four or five wells under each of the six silos.

The wells are all connected to each other, and directly to the illegal sewer system through an artificial drainage canal and so polluting it with 150 cubic meters of “filth” based on chlorinated substances, oils, polychlorinated biphenyls.

This definitively explains why, according to the Chairman of the Committee on the Environment of the Province, Enrico Fedrighini, over the weekend of Easter, 1 liter of toxic slurry per hour (for 70/80 hours) have passed from the tanks to the wells, [this was a typo, that they corrected later on the 18th, it should have been 1 liter per second] from the latter to the illegal sewer outlet and finally into the Ticinello where reclamation work will be long and expensive having to cover about 12 miles of the course.

But the overall loss of solvents amounts to 270 cubic meters. This means that if 150 tons of toxic waste ended up in Ticinello, the other 120 will impregnate the land under the tanks and containment basin.

In this regard it was noted that if the pollution in the area around the tanks is less severe than previously thought as it relates to a layer of approximately 20/30 centimeters, the environmental disaster must be more massive under the six reservoirs from which the poisons were made to flow (it is now certain) by malicious intervention by someone who opened the valves on silos 1 and 5.

It seems that the toxic slurry has penetrated at least one meter deep under the basement concrete ring on which every reservoir rests, completely saturating the soil.

To completely remove this land will be an additional burden of expenditure beyond the $20 billion already estimated for the damage caused by the discharge.

Accordingly Fedrighini emerged at this point to clarify the responsibility of the company Eni Environment, to which was entrusted the reclamation of the former Omar, who for months has ignored the existence of the illegal drainage system with the wells of discharge under the reservoirs. The management of the problem is not just acting professionally, in short, the effects are, as we have seen, disastrous.

This is why the Green’s lawyers, Crippa and Monguzzi have asked the Chairman of the Board, Roberto Formigoni, to provide for the replacement of Eni Environment with another specialized company.

The discovery of the drainage channels, however, raises other questions. The doubts relate directly to the real nature of the “magician” Andrea Rossi, who, as is known, claimed to be able to get oil from all sorts of liquid industrial waste.

If it is true, as it has always been believed, that the tanks of Omar contained “black gold” and other finished products, therefore valuable, why then was there a need to build (hidden) a rapid and efficient system to drain the reservoirs connected directly to the sewer?

Chi getterebbe mai preziosissimo petrolio in quantità letteralmente alle ortiche? Che cosa contenevano, dunque, i giganteschi serbatoi?

Who would ever throw precious oil in large amounts literally into the weeds [nettles]? What, therefore, was contained in the giant tanks?

The fear is that Rossi, at Omar, did not simply refine oil (if he ever did) but illegally stored thousands of tons of toxic waste, to then make them disappear, even at night, thanks to the perfect drainage system found below the tanks and under the containment basins.

Further excavations in that vast area on the outskirts of Lacchiarella could lead to other unexpected surprises.
